- Aug 10, 2016It is what it is - a little cable and tiny padlock. If someone is really dedicated to stealing your cover it won't stop them, but I think it will discourage the casual thief from taking off with it. Easy to put on - attach it to one side of the cover and use the padlock on the other end of the cable as a weight and toss it underneath the car to the other side.Purchased on Aug 6, 2016
