- Jul 20, 2024It Fits Grocery Bags!Just what I needed! I was looking for a trunk organizer that would hold paper grocery bags and finally found my solution in this one. It holds two (full!) grocery bags per section. I no longer have to worry about grocery bags tipping over in the rear of my Subaru Outback when rounding a corner. I am very glad I measured the wagon's cargo space (with back seats up) before making my decision, when comparing this item to other 3-section styles online. With only two compartments, this one allows me to easily turn it in either direction so I still have access to either the width or length of the cargo space for other things (without having to empty/close up a third compartment of 3-section organizer). With the back seats up in my Outback, a 3-section organizer would only fit width-wise (against the back seats) and would have left only a small strip of space in front of it for other things. I also consider this 2-section style to be the max width and weight I would want to lift out of the car by the handles.
