I have four other covers in the ULTIMA RIPSTOP line that range between 2-3 years old They are used year round... sun, rain and cold. They are holding up very well. Sun fading in this area is an issue but the fading is minimal, if at all. The fabric and zippers are still in great condition and I haven't seen any mildew. In Idaho, we can get below zero to above 100 in 5 months. That will test this cover to the extreme.
