- Nov 16, 2018This fountain cover is what the ad says it is. The dimensions are right, the material feels like 12 ga. vinyl with a polyester lining, and it has an elastic band around the bottom edge. - Oct 28, 2018After attempting to order fountain cover on line I finally called to place order. Person I spoke with was very helpful and courtious. However, 2 arrived . I reviewed my emails and only was was shown as ordered. However 2 were charged to my credit card. I called company and told them. They emailed return label, free postage , no restocking fee and I returned the 2nd. Cover seems to be very good quality. I would definitely order from them again.
