- Jun 10, 2021So far, so good...Had a challenge trying to find a telescope cover that could handle the summer heat in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Needless to say, the Sonoran Desert cooks in the summer with daytime temps running around 110 degrees for many weeks. Previous attempts using "made for telescope" covers failed miserably. With the summer now started, we'll see if this Ultima Ripstop "fountain" cover can handle the summer.
