How to Measure
How to Measure Your Kamado Cart Grill
Before you order your custom cover, you will need to carefully measure the grill it is meant to cover. Our guide below will walk you through the steps to correctly and accurately measure to ensure you get the best fit.
Width & Depth
For the Width, measure the cart's length, including any protruding pieces. For the depth, measure the side adjacent to the width.
Hood Width
Measure across the grill hood.
Shelf & Hood Height
Measure the shelf height from the ground to the top of the shelf. Measure the hood height from the top of the shelf to the top of the grill, including the cap and handle.
*We recommend a cover 1-2 inches shorter than the grill for breathability.

Cap & Hood Depth
Measure the hood depth from front to back of the grill dome, including any handles and knobs. For cap depth, measure across the top of the cap in a straight line.
Note: Please round up your dimensions to the nearest inch.

- Jul 3, 2023Good cover and works as intended!Purchased this cover for my Challenger Design grill cart with the Vision 1-series kamodo grill. I chose to go with this cover because the one I had previously was an aqualon marine grade cover for $500+ (fit the cart perfectly) and didn't want to spend that much coin. I was able to customize this cover to fit my set up and choose the material I wanted (prestige w/ 10 yr warranty). I gave 4 stars because the cover is a little big. I ensured I followed the instructions on the website to get the best fit. In hindsight, I should not have include the "protruding pieces" (cart handles) on the side of the cart as the instructions state. Luckily the cover has a middle buckle strap and a drawcord at the bottom. If not for this, the cover would probably blow off the cart on windy days. I do wish there were buckles on both ends of the cover, similar to my previous cover. This would make it more convenient to secure. The middle buckle works fine, but I have to throw the longer side of the buckle under the cart to reach the other side in order to buckle it. I either have to get on my hands and knees to look under the cart or go around to the other side to see if the throw was good enough (haha).All in all, I do like the cover and the 10 yr warranty on material that I chose.
