One had a white, soft material on the inside but after a time, it would leave a thin dusting of it on the whole car when I removed it. There was no marking on it to know which was the front or back so I used a Sharpie Marker to know where the front was. The outside tore easily after a year. I live in Los Angeles and the car is always outside, baking in the hot sun. This one is lighter, does not have that white material on the inside and is MUCH easier to put on. It also tells you where the FRONT is (underneath) and it has a Car Cover tag on the back so it takes no time to figure out how to put it on. I am thrilled with this. It is very good at keeping the UV out. It also keeps the temperature of the car down relative to the outside temperature. It comes with the piece that is used for the antenna, but neither of us want to take the time to cut out a hole and use the gommet it came with to the Antenna sleeve. We are lazy that way...lol!!!
