Canvas Storage Bag

I was in the Coverstore site looking for covers for some counter top appliances. Google had led me to this previously unknown-to-me site and I'm so happy it did. We had just finished a whole house paint job, including all of our closets, and had pulled everything out for sorting, donations, reorganizing and I had been looking at other sites for storage bags. When shopping for new bedding for our master and guest rooms I had hit on a sale I couldn't refuse and purchased three different sets of bedding with matching bath towels and other things for our room so that I'd have them to change out for the seasons. I bought two sets for the guest room as well. Where to put all this stuff??? I kept finding bags where the reviewers would say the zippers broke right away or that the bags were no better quality than the plastic ones comforters come in from the store. I was so happy to find these canvas bags while visiting the site for my small appliance covers! I ended up ordering 6 of the large ones and 4 of the smaller blanket bags. The larger comforter bags are HUGE. We are in Florida and I do not buy huge puffy comforters so perhaps with one of those you would not fit as much as I did. I tend to buy the un-puffy quilt style and, even though our bedding is king, I fit the quilt, 2 regular shams, 2 euro shams, complete sheet set with extra pillow cases, 3 matching tub mats, 4 very large and thick bath towels, 4 large hand towels, wash cloths, and these are NOT over stuffed. I did this for each set that I purchased. I used the smaller blanket bags to hold extra decorative pillows that I had bought for each set, but I probably could have fit them in on top of everything else. I just didn't want things to get wrinkled. These bags are very "floppy" because they have no frames so don't expect them to stand up. If they are not very full they will just droop. This makes them fit better up on your shelves though. The window in the front is terrific for seeing exactly what you have in there. I had a couple of extras so I used one of the smaller ones (blanket bag) to store my enormous hats-that-I-never-wear collection and the other comforter bag to store lots of purses. It's so much easier to pull this down and vacuum the tops of the bag than it is to dust all of your loose things in the closet. Very happy.

I have many large comforters and this is the third storage bag I've bought. They keep the comforter somewhat compressed, which helps free up closet space, but they still allow enough "air" room so that the comforter doesn't get musty. Love them.

WELL MADE. EXCELLENT MATERIAL.

The bag itself is very nice, just the right weight on the canvas. I do wish the bag itself was a little larger, kind of snug for a queen size comforter. I would buy it again for many other items though. Zipper seems to be of good quality too. I am pleased with the bag overall.

I have 2 comforters - one queen and 1 king. I was going to get 2 of these but based on the reviews I got only 1 because everyone said they were so big and held 2 comforters... Not true unless you have very thin comforters. I got one queen comforter in this one with a little room to spare but will order another for the king. But they don't advertise this holding more than one so it does what it says. Very well made. I'm storing in an attic so we'll see how well it weathers Texas summers.

Great product. It holds a Queen or king comforter. It is very sturdy and looks nice.
