Circumference
Measure around the widest point of the collapsed umbrella.
Height
While the umbrella is closed, measure from the lowest part of the fabric, to the very top.

- May 14, 2023Cantilevered umbrella cover - good purchaseVery nice. The capacity of the cover itself is more than capable and it is not a challenge to fit over and down onto the umbrella. The only issue of the entire purchase is the tool included to install it. I have not found it useful and instead am using an eight foot extendable roller pole with a tennis ball cut out hole in the tennis ball for the threaded attachment and duct taped the ball onto the pole threads. I did that to protect the cover in the long term. It works great. I had the pole and put it to use. Probably better would be to spray foam insulation into the tennis bass and have thin plastic sheeting on the threads and carefully screw the tennis ball onto the threads with foam and let it sit overnight. Itr would unscrew when needed easily. Very good cover and I like it as it matches many of the other covers I have purchased from Coverstore in the past.Location:Western WA, WA, USWhat are you protecting? - May 2, 2023The cover is well constructed and matches all of my other patio covers which I have had for over 3 years, so I am sure it will hold up well and not deteriorate. The only complaint I have is it is difficult to get the cover up and over the top of the umbrella. The small pole that comes with it is not long enough to push the cover to the top.
