Coverstore Order Tracking

You will be able to track the status of your order 24 hours after it has shipped, which is typically 3 business days from the order date. Please note that custom cover orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship, and tracking information will not be available until that time. Track via shipping confirmation email:  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.  This email contains a tracking link you can use to track your order. 

Track via account login:  Orders can also be tracked by logging in to your Coverstore account using the email or phone number you used to place your order (prior account creation is not necessary).  Click into your order, where you will find a tracking link if it has shipped.

Track My Order FAQs

My order appears to be stuck or lost in transit. What should I do?
If the tracking history shows it hasn’t moved or seems delayed for more than 48 hours, it’s often due to carrier scanning delays or system updates. Waiting a bit longer gives the carrier time to update their tracking and continue moving the package. If, after 48 hours, there’s still no progress, please Contact Us so we can investigate and assist further.

My order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
First, wait 48 hours after the “delivered” status. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, try the following:

Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation is accurate.

Look for a notice of attempted delivery from the carrier.

Check around your property (porch, garage, mailbox, etc.) and ask neighbors or members of your household if they accepted the delivery.

Note that some packages transfer between multiple carriers; double-check all usual delivery spots.
