Purchased this one and after 2.5 years and a really long and hot summer the cover developed a tear in it. Went to their return policy and saw we had a 3 year warranty and how toile a claim. Followed instructions, sent in three pictures and within a few days got a reply that our claim was accepted and a new cover was on the way. " THAT IS WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE'. This was a large cover so wasn't cheap but they stood by their policy, no questions asked.
