How To Measure for Custom Rectangular Smoker Covers
Before you order your custom cover, you will need to carefully measure the smoker it is meant to cover. Our guide below will walk you through the steps to correctly and accurately measure your smoker to ensure you get the best fit.
Width
Measure the widest side of the smoker from left to right.
*Include anything extending beyond the grill body, such as handles and control knobs.

Depth
Measure the deepest side, adjacent to the width, of the smoker from left to right.
*Include anything extending beyond the grill body, such as handles and control knobs.

Height
Measure from the ground to the top of the smoker.
*We recommend a cover 1-2 inches shorter than the smoker for breathability.

Please round up your dimensions to the nearest inch.
Additional Tips
To provide the best fitting cover, we add 1" allowance along the width and depth. An extra 2" allowance is added to the width and depth if grill dimension is greater than 150".
