How to Measure for Your Pergola Drop Shade
Before you order your custom size pergola drop shade, you will need to carefully measure the space it is meant to cover. Our guide below will walk you through the steps to correctly and accurately measure your space to ensure you get the best fit.
A to B
Measure from attachment point A to attachment point B located on the inner side of the pillar.

Measure from attachment point B to attachment point C.
*Do not measure in a straight line from B to C. The total B to C length will be longer than the top of your structure.

Please round up your dimensions to the nearest inch. Actual pergola shade dimensions will be reduced by 6" along side A-B to ensure proper tension, minimize sagging, and avoid excessive movement when windy.
