How to Measure for Custom Forklift Covers
Carefully follow the instructions below to correctly measure your custom forklift cover.
Back Depth
Measure the Back Depth from the back of the forklift to the back of the roof.
*The Back, Top, and Front Depths together should add up to equal the total depth of your forklift.

Top Depth
Measure the Top Depth from the back to the front of the roof.

Front Depth
Measure the Front Depth from the front of the roof to the front of the forklift. Do not include the extended forks in your measurement.

Back Height
Measure the Back Height from the ground to the top of the furthest back piece of the forklift; this will likely be the fuel tank.
*We recommend a cover 1-2 inches shorter than the vehicle for breathability. Subtract 1-2 inches from each height measurement.

Top Height
Measure the Top Height from the ground to the top of the roof.

Front Height
Measure the Front Height from the ground to the top of the forklift mast.

Top Width
Measure the Top Width across the widest parts at the top of the forklift; this is likely the width of the roof.
Bottom Width
Measure the Bottom Width across the widest part of the bottom of the forklift; this is likely the tires.
Please round up your dimensions to the nearest inch.
Additional Tips
To provide the best fitting cover, we add 1-2" allowance along the width and depth dimensions.
