- Dec 17, 2024Great customer serviceThis company is great to work with. I have had two covers made by them for our patio furniture and grill. The one for the grill was custom and fits like a glove. The cover on our patio furniture is a generic size so it doesn’t fit so well and with all the rain and wind blowing it around, it got a rip in it awhile back. When I let coverstore know, they replaced it right away. A year or so later the grill cover got a couple of rips in it so I submitted a request to have it replaced and they even replaced the custom fit cover for our grill. Much heavier than original cover or others I have seen or previously purchased.Only issue I have is the height of the cover (bottom of cover touches ground).I measured grill based on the instructions, to fit and to provide a gap at bottom to allow for ventilation, but cover is a little long.
